Rena joined the SMF in October 2007 as a researcher. She has a degree in Cultural Studies from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, and a Masters in European Political Economy from the London School of Economics. She has a special interest in education and pension policy. Rena is currently working on flexibility and security in the British labour market and on behavioural economics.
