John Handley is an economist at Ofcom specialising in data analytics. He has an MSc in Politics Research from the University of Oxford, where he researched the impact of off-shoring on partisan realignment in the UK since the 1990s. His broader research interests include macroeconomics (with a focus on national accounts, purchasing power parities, and growth accounting), political science, and econometrics.
