Professor Nicholas Crafts will address the research on what Britain gained in the past, starting from 1973. He will consider whether, if Britain leaves the EU, the options available are very different to those that were available in the 1970s.
Professor Dennis Novy will discuss what we know about trade costs and what we can guess about alternative trade agreements that might be available in future
