Dr Christopher Bryant is the Director of Bryant Research and Head of Policy for the Alternative Proteins Association. He has his MSc in Policy Research from the University of Bristol, and his PhD in Psychology from the University of Bath, where he focussed on public perceptions of cultivated meat. He has 7 years of experience researching consumer perceptions of alternative proteins, and has worked with alternative protein companies and animal protection nonprofits including Aleph Farms, Ivy Farms, THIS, Mercy For Animals, The Good Food Institute, and ProVeg International.
