Ten years has passed since the publications of Osborne and Gaebler’s landmark book Reinventing Government.
Thus, in 2004, the Social Market Foundation published a reflection on the ten principles for entrepreneurial government that were set out in the original. Byrne and Collins aim to answer the following questions: to what extent have Osborne and Geabler’s 10 principles been embodied in British public services? And are they still appropriate? Reinventing Government Again is presented as a blueprint for the next decade of British public policy.
